Epex Logics provides web design, development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
- Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
- Make payments as agreed upon in your contract
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual contract. Generally:
- A deposit is required to begin work
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Prices are subject to change with notice
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final website design and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.
6. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client response times, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We'll communicate any delays promptly.
7. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included is specified in your package. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Epex Logics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you'll pay for work completed up to that point.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Epex Logics operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
